Delivery Options
We deliver furniture conveniently and competitively using one of the methods listed below. Our delivery and installation team is experienced and friendly and our prices are competitive - we charge you what it costs us. Please ask us for more information or a quote.

| DROP-OFF ONLY | Unloading products only. Your order is delivered by lorry or van and unloaded (not carried/assembled/unboxed). | A sensible solution - but only if labour is available to help move the boxes, unpack and maybe even assemble. |
| PALLET DROP-OFF ONLY | Unloading products only - on a wooden pallet. Your order is delivered by lorry, normally, and unloaded (not carried/assembled/unboxed). | A cost-effective method - but a loaded pallet is heavy and may need to have the products taken off it where it is unloaded. You will need to get rid of the pallet. |
| MOVE FROM VEHICLE TO SITE | As well as delivering, we move the products to an area of your choice. | A wise option if the delivery vehicle cannot get close to the final delivery point and site labour is not available. We charge you by the man-hours required, at cost, so the time implication of this must be made clear at the time of the quote. |
| UNBOX AND REMOVE RUBBISH | As well as delivery we will take products out of their packaging and remove all this packaging from site. | Furniture packaging can be time-consuming to unbox. The cardboard in particular is bulky, and if we remove it, it is taken to a recycling centre (where we pay to drop it). |
| ASSEMBLE / LAYOUT TO PLAN | We assemble products that otherwise would arrive in component form and layout according to your plan. | Tables in particular may need assembly, which we can do very efficiently (we will normally only assemble products we have supplied in their entirety). |
| COLLECTION, NOT DELIVERY | You pick up from our London showroom or warehouse, in Twickenham. | We need reasonable warning before this, to arrange logistics. |
