Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude VAT, delivery and installation. Please ask for a quote for delivery and/or installation - prices depend on distance, volume and time on site. Quoted prices may change if the details of a delivery or installation change.
We require a 50% deposit to progress an order, and the remaining 50% before delivery. In exceptional circumstances and subject to normal credit approval, we offer 30 day credit on the balance of an order.
Alterations or cancellations more than two business days after an order is placed will have to be paid for in full, if costs are incurred by the Contract Chair Co.
Delivery lead-time is typically four to eight weeks from receipt of deposit, although suppliers' holidays and order specific administration (such as despatching fabric) can extend this. Expected lead-times will be indicated at the point of purchase and we will confirm these as soon as possible. |

Extra charges resulting from changes to delivery and installation arrangements with less than 48 hours warning will have to be paid for in full if costs are incurred by The Contract Chair Co.
Customers are responsible for checking the goods at the time of delivery. Damaged or missing goods must be reported to us within two working days of this. The Contract Chair Co will not be held responsible after this time.
All products remain the property of The Contract Chair Co until paid for in full. If full payment is not made by the due date, we may take steps to recover the goods. This does not affect The Contract Chair Co's legal rights for collection of payment.
We offer a one-year guarantee against manufacturing faults on all products. This is extended to five years on many office products; this does not affect your statutory rights.
