When the restrictions are finally going to lift on the UK's hospitality industry of the most anticipated re-openings in London will certainly be The Butcher and the Farmer at the O2. One of the latest additions to the ever-evolving dining scene of O2 Arena, this restaurant is the brainchild of Bradley Michael CEO of Seagrass boutique hospitality group and Callie van der Merwe from Design Partnership Australia. The menu, as the name suggests, is made up of delicious creations made with ingredients supplied by carefully picked farmers.
